Button/Parameter Name

Function
SSN Text Entry Field (1) You may search for an employee by specifying an SSN here.
Employee Last Name Text Entry Field (2) You may search for an employee by specifying a Last Name here.
Unit ID Text Entry Field (3) You may search for an employee by specifying a Unit ID here.
Search Clicking here will take all specified search parameters in the text entry fields and search for an employee. All parameters are optional but if none are entered the search will have 0 results.
Clear Search Clicking here were clear all search parameters, as well as clearing the search results area.

Employee List This shows that the Employee List panel is open.
Employee Detail Clicking here opens the Employee Detail panel on top of the Employee List panel.
SE This will show the Spouse's Employer panel on top of the current panel.
OI This will show the Other Insurance panel on top of the current panel.
DI This will show the Dependent Information panel on top of the current panel.
M This will show the Medical Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
D This will show the Dental Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
V This will show the Vision Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
FX This will show the Flex Account History panel on top of the current panel.
SD This will show the Short Term Disability Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
LF This will show the Life Insurance panel on top of the current panel.
WB This will show the Internet Access panel on top of the current panel.
CB This will show the COBRA Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
AC This will show the Accumulators panel on top of the current panel.
NT This will show the Eligibility Notes panel on top of the current panel.
AU This will show the Address and Unit History panel on top of the current panel.

EVT This is a speed button to the Event Tracking screen, which will open to all events correlated with the currently selected employee.
CLM This is a speed button to the Claims screen, automatically opening to the search screen listing all claims for the employee who is currently selected in this screen.
RPT This opens the Eligibility Reports window.
LTR This opens the Letters window.
ADM This opens the Administration Tools window.
ELG This shows that the Enrollment screen is open.
CLM This opens the Claims Entry screen.
NWK This opens the Networks and Providers screen.
EVT This opens the Event Tracking screen.
PLN This opens the Plans and Options screen.
GRP This opens the Groups, Locations, and Units screen.


  This button closes the Claims Manager program.
