Network and Provider List Screen





 

Table Name

Function
Network List Table This table displays all networks, and orders them by ID.
Provider List Table This table displays all providers found by the search and orders them by Tax ID.


 

Button/Parameter Name

Function
City or State Here enter the city or state as a search parameter. The search will only find providers or departments which have an office address in the city or state specified.
Tax ID(1) This text entry field allows the operator to enter a Tax ID as a search parameter. The search will only find providers or departments with the specified Tax ID.
Provider/Department(2) This text entry field allows the operator to enter full or part of a provider or department name as a name search parameter. Any provider or department which has a name that contains the name search parameter will be displayed in the search results table.
Search Clicking here will take up to three specified search parameters, and find all providers or departments which have information that matches the search parameter.
Clear Search This will clear all search parameters as well as the provider list search results table.

Network List This shows that the Network List panel is open.
Network Detail Clicking here will show the Network Detail panel on top of the Network List panel.
Provider List This shows that the Provider List panel is open.
Provider Detail Clicking here will show the Provider Detail panel on top of the Provider List panel.
Orphan Providers Clicking here will show the Orphan Providers panel on top of the Provider List panel.

NWK This shows that the Networks and Providers screen is open.

PLN This opens the Plans and Options screen.
GRP This opens the Groups, Locations, and Units screen.


  This button closes the Claims Manager program.
