Orphan Provider Panel





 

Parameter Name

Function
Threshold This is required for the Refresh button. The sum of the charges to providers must exceed this number before a provider is included in the Provider Name - paid Table.
Provider Name - paid (Table) All results of the Threshold - Refresh search are displayed here.
Claim Number - Provider - Doctor (Table) All claims for the selected provider are listed here, after Search/List Claims is clicked.
Tax ID Entry Field(1) This field expects a new Tax ID, and is used with the Accept button.
Provider Suffix Entry Field(2) This field expects a new Provider Suffix, and is used with the Accept button.


 

Button Name

Function
Refresh Clicking this button will refresh the Provider Name - paid Table, and list all provider entries with incomplete information or without a Tax ID specified. This feature is especially useful for imports.
Search/List Claims Clicking here will take all claims associated with the selected provider in the Provider Name - paid Table and list them in the next Table.
Deep Search Clicking this button will search for all providers with name similar to the provider selected in the Provider Name - paid table, and list all of these providers in the Provider List Panel.
Accept Clicking here will take the operator specified Tax ID and Provider Suffix and assign it to every provider that does not yet have a Tax ID and Provider Suffix.

Network List Clicking here will show the Network List panel as the top panel.
Network Detail Clicking here will show the Network Detail panel as the top panel.
Provider List Clicking here will show the Provider List panel on top of the Orphan Provider panel.
Provider Detail Clicking here will show the Provider Detail panel on top of the Orphan Provider panel.
Orphan Providers This shows that the Orphan Providers panel is currently displayed.

RPT This opens the Eligibility Reports window.
LTR This opens the Letters window.
ADM This opens the Administration Tools window.
ELG This opens the Enrollment screen.
CLM This opens the Claims Entry screen.
NWK This shows that the Networks and Providers screen is open.
EVT This opens the Event Tracking screen.
PLN This opens the Plans and Options screen.
GRP This opens the Groups, Locations, and Units screen.


  This button closes the Claims Manager program.
