Flex Account History Panel



 

Button/Parameter Name

Function

Account You may select which kinds of Flex Plans, Adjustments, or Claims to view in the 3 scrollables areas. Account types include: FSA, DCA, MSA, TRN, PKG, DOS and OTH.
Add Clicking here will pop up a window to allow you to type in the appropriate date to add a new flex account to the employee.
Edit Clicking here will pop up a window so you may edit or modify the existing flex account information.
Delete Clicking here will delete the selected claim.
Add Adjustment Clicking here pops up a window allowing you to add a new adjustment to the employee's flex account.
View Adjustment Clicking here pops up a window so you may view a currently existing adjustment in the employee's account.
Add Claim Clicking here pops up a window to allow you to add a new claim to the employee's flex account.
View Claim Clicking here pops up a window allow you to view a currently existing claim in the employee's flex account.

OI This will show the Other Insurance panel on top of the current panel.
DI This will show the Dependent Information panel on top of the current panel.
M This will show the Medical Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
D This will show the Dental Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
V This will show the Vision Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
FX This shows that the Flex Account History panel is open.
SD This will show the Short Term Disability Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
LF This will show the Life Insurance panel on top of the current panel.
WB This will show the Internet Access panel on top of the current panel.
CB This will show the COBRA Coverage History panel on top of the current panel.
AC This will show the Accumulators panel on top of the current panel.
NT This will show the Eligibility Notes panel on top of the current panel.
AU This will show the Address and Unit History panel on top of the current panel.
