Event Tracking Summary Screen





 

Parameter Name

Function
Caller Name Here the operator may enter the name of the caller.
Caller Type Here the operator may enter the type of caller. If Provider or Other are selected, the associated text entry line should also be entered.
Emp SSN If the it is valid, after entering the SSN the screen will be refreshed, displaying employee information.
Purpose of Call Here the operator may select the reason a caller phoned the TPA. Options include: Eligibility Verification, Benefit Question, Claim/Letter Question, Benefit Complaint, Service Complaint, and Other.


 

Button Name

Function
New Event Clicking here will clear all fields so that the operator may enter a new event.
Save Changes This button will not appear if a new event is being created, but is only visible when viewing or editing an event.
Event Notes Here the operator any text which briefly describes the event.
Reopen Event Clicking here will delete the event closure date, and event closure operator, changing the status of the event to be open.
Close Event Clicking here sets the event closure date to be the current date, and event closure operator to be the current operator.
CLM Clicking here will jump over to the Claims List screen displaying all claims for the current event's employee.
ELG Clicking here will jump over to the Eligibility List screen displaying all claims for the current event's employee.
Employee Notes List(1) All notes associated with the employee are displayed here. Selecting a message in this list will display it in the panel below.
Employee Note Display Panel(2) This displays the first or the selected note associate with the event's employee here. The note may be modified here, but additional notes may be added or deleted in the Eligibility Notes Panel.

Event Summary Clicking here will show the Event Summary panel on top of the Event Detail panel.
Event Detail This shows that the Event Detail panel is open.

RPT This opens the Eligibility Reports window.
LTR This opens the Letters window.
ADM This opens the Administration Tools window.
ELG This opens the Enrollment screen window.
CLM This opens the Claims Entry screen.
NWK This opens the Networks and Providers screen.
EVT This shows that the Event Tracking screen is open.
PLN This opens the Plans and Options screen.
GRP This opens the Groups, Locations, and Units screen.


  This button closes the Claims Manager program.
