Copy Plan Here the operator should enter the Plan ID of the source plan for the copy function. 'Go' Button
Option(1) Here the operator should enter the Option ID of the source option for the copy function. 'Go' Button
to Plan Here the operator should enter the Plan ID of the target plan for the copy function. 'Go' Button
Option(2) Here the operator should enter the Option ID of the target option for the target function. 'Go' Button
Max Age The max age determines which age band its associated male, female and child multipliers will apply to. 'Save' Button
Male This is the premium multiplier for a male in the plan. 'Save' Button
Female This is the premium multiplier for a female in the plan. 'Save' Button
Child This is the premium multiplier for a child in the plan. 'Save' Button
Use AgeSex(Plan Level) Selecting this option will determine if the above Age and Sex multipliers will be used when calculating premiums for males females and children in the plan. If not selected, all sex and age based premium multipliers will be ignored. Optional for 'Save(Use AgeSex)' Button

Go This will copy the source option in the specified source plan into the target option of the specified target plan.
New This will clear the Age Max, Male, Female and Child text entry fields, for entry of a new Age Band.
Save This will save new (or modified) Age Max, Male, Female and Child multipliers together as an Age Band.
Delete This will delete the selected Age Band.
Save (Use AgeSex) This will save whether the Use AgeSex option was selected or not, to the plan.

Plan List Clicking here will show the Plan List panel on top of the Copy/AgeBands panel.
Plan Detail Clicking here will show the Plan Detail panel on top of the Copy/AgeBands panel.
Copy/AgeBands This shows that the Copy/AgeBands panel is open.
Option List Clicking here will show the Option List panel on top of the Option List panel.
Option Detail Clicking here will show the Option Detail panel on top of the Option List panel.
