Groups Locations and Units Screen





 

Parameter Name

Function
Group ID Here the operator may enter the Group ID.
Active Here the operator may select whether or not the group is currently Active.
Group Name Here the operator may enter name of the group.
Producer This is the initials of the operator who created the group.
Account Rep This is the initials of the operator who is considered as the Account Represenetative of the group.
Run In Here the operator may enter the run in parameter.
Effective This is the date in MM/DD/YYYY format that the group became active in the Claims Manager system.
Terminate This is the date in MM/DD/YYYY format that the group became inactive in the Claims Manager system.
Run Out Here the operator may enter the run out parameter.
Address Here the operator may enter the address of the group.
City Here the operator may enter the city the group is located in.
State Here the operator may enter the state the group is located in.
Zip Here the operator may enter the zip code of the address the group is located in.
Key Contact Names The contact information of any individual considered a key contact in the group should be entered here.
E-Mail Here the operator may enter the primary e-mail address of the group.
ID Card Descriptions(med,den) Supplementary information to be printed on MED ID cards may be entered here in the first blank. The second blank is reserved for DEN ID cards.
Tel Here the operator may enter the telephone number of the group.
Fax Here the operator may enter the fax number of the group.
Group PIN Here the operator may enter the Group PIN.
800 Here the operator may enter the 800 number of the group.

Key Contact Name Here the operator may enter the name of the key contact of the location.
E-Mail Here the operator may enter the primary e-mail address of the location.
Tel Here the operator may enter the telephone number of the location.
Fax Here the operator may enter the fax number of the location.
800 Here the operator may enter the 800 number of the location.

Unit ID Here the operator may enter the ID of the unit.
Active Here the operator may indicate whether or not the unit is currently active.
Unit Name Here the operator may enter the name of unit.
Effective Date This is the date in MM/DD/YYYY format that the unit became active in the claims manager system.
End Date This is the date in MM/DD/YYYY format that the unit became inactive in the claims manager system.
Unit Rate Modifier This will modify all rates for employees associated with this unit by the factor entered by the operator. A factor of 1.0 will result in no change.
Address Here the operator may enter the address of the unit.
City Here the operator may enter the city the unit is located in.
State Here the operator may enter the state the unit is located in.
Zip Here the operator may enter the zip code of the address the unit is located in.
Key Contact Name Here the operator may enter the name of the key contact of the unit.
E-Mail Here the operator may enter the primary e-mail address of the unit.
Tel Here the operator may enter the telephone number of the unit.
Fax Here the operator may enter the fax number of the unit.
800 Here the operator may enter the 800 number of the unit.

New Group Clicking here will clear all information out of the data entry fields so that the operator may enter a new group.
Save Changes Clicking here will save all changes made to the group detail panel.
Delete Group Clicking here will delete the currently displayed group in the group detail panel.
New Location Clicking here will clear all information out of the data entry fields so that the operator may enter a new location.
Save Changes Clicking here will save all changes made to the location detail panel.
Delete Location Clicking here will delete the currently displayed location in the location detail panel.
Copy Group Info Clicking here will copy all applicable information from the currently selected group to the corresponding fields in the location detail panel.
New Unit Clicking here will clear all information out of the data entry fields so that the operator may enter a new unit.
Save Changes Clicking here will save all changes made to the unit detail panel.
Delete Unit Clicking here will delete the currently displayed unit in the unit detail panel.
Copy Location Info Clicking here will copy all applicable information from the currently selected location to the corresponding fields in the unit detail panel.

Group List Clicking here will show the Group List panel on top of the Group Detail panel.
Group Detail This shows that the Group Detail panel is open.
Banking and Logo Clicking here will show the Banking and Logo panel on top of the Group Detail panel.
Location List Clicking here will show the Location List panel on top of the Location Detail panel.
Location Detail This shows that the Location Detail panel is open.
Unit List Clicking here will show the Unit List panel on top of the Unit Detail panel.
Unit Detail This shows that the Unit Detail panel is open.

ELG This opens the Enrollment screen.
CLM This opens the Claims Entry screen.
NWK This opens the Networks and Providers screen.

PLN This opens the Plans and Options screen.
GRP This shows that the Groups, Locations, and Units screen is open.


  This button closes the Claims Manager program.
