Individuals will only appear in the report if the Paid Date is within the specified Paid Date Range or if the Earliest Date of Service is within the Incurred Date Range.

Individuals only appear in the report if their Total Claims Paid exceeds the threshold specified in the Stop Loss Report screen.

If the threshold is not specified, it defaults to 0.
