A call will only be included in the data of the report if the call was received within the Effective Date Range(1 month max) specified by the user.

One page will be printed for each operator who has received calls within the Effective Date Range period, and the calls are grouped by date.

The last page of the report is a summary of the whole report, grouping all operators together, ordering the call totals by date.

If no Group ID is specified, the report will by default scan all groups to compile its data.
