This report groups and totals its output by unit, location, and group.

Individuals appear in the report only if their COBRA became in effect before or on the Effective date, and will end after the Effective date.

The two most recent COBRA payment due dates appear in the report, along with length of time that payment has been due.

In the Eligibility Report screen, if Include COBRA Employees is checked, it will not affect the report data, as all employees in this report are COBRA Employees.
