This report includes the premiums paid by the individual and their coverage type.

This report groups and totals its output by unit, location, and group.

Individuals appear in the report only if they are covered on the effective date for plan type MED, DEN, or VIS.

Coverage conditions default to currently enrolled people, but can be set to include COBRA people if desired.

In the Eligibility Reports Screen, if you select the Electronic option, when you finish viewing the report it will be saved to a file (by default named "[GroupNumber][TodaysDate].tdf") which is a tab-delimited table. This can be opened in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet programs.
