• This report groups and totals its output by unit, location, and group.
  • Individuals are included in the summary only if they are covered on the effective date for plan type MED, DEN, or VIS. With custom options, you can optionally trigger inclusion in the summary for people who only have STD or Flex.
  • Coverage conditions default to currently enrolled people, but can be set to include terminated employees (as of effective date of report). COBRA people are excluded by default, but can be included in the summary if desired.
  • No individuals or their information will appear in the summary.
  • If an employee has flex coverage or STD coverage, they are included, under the "Other" column.
  • If the "List Dependents" box is checked, all dependents active as of the effective date of the report will be included in the totals. Coverage type is taken into account as well as Dependent Termination Date when deciding if a dependent is active.
