The months listed on the horizontal axis start at the effective date, and end at the 1 year later.

In the report, if the end date of the report is less than 1 year after the effective date, the remaining months in the one year period will still appear on the horizontal axis in the report but the numbers below them will be reported as 0.00.

If a payment is made for a month listed before the earliest month on the vertical axis of the table, the total for that month will be included in the earliest month's total.

In the eligibility report screen, if desired, you can specify a single SSN for the report data.
