|
Here the operator may select which state the accumulator is to apply to. If the operator desires to set this information for all states during the specified date range, they may select * as the state.

Start Date
|
Here the operator may enter the start date of the accumulator. Usually this date should correlate to the plan renewal month and day in plan detail.

End Date
|
Here the operator may enter the end date of the accumulator. Usually this date should correlate to the plan renewal month and day in plan detail.

Rates 1-6
|
Here the operator may enter the rate for each coverage type in the plan. An explanation of the letters(E, ES, etc.), and the rate numbers(1-6) meaning may be found on the Coverage Type Explanation Page.
