Network Association Screen





 

Parameter Name

Definition
Network ID This is the abbreviation for the network the operator would like to associate the provider with.
Begin Date This is the date that the provider began to be associated with the network.
End Date This is the date that the provider is not longer associated with the network.
Network Provider ID The operator may also enter the ID that the network has assigned to the provider within the network (if available) here.

OK This button closes the Network Association Screen, saving the entered information, returning you to the Provider Detail Panel. 
Cancel This button closes the Network Association, without saving the entered information, returning you to the Provider Detail Panel.
